Port Blair airport is about 2 km from the town centre, a 10 to 15 minute transfer, which is the easiest final leg of any destination in this file. The leg that actually needs planning is the sea crossing onward to Havelock (Swaraj Dweep): about 57 km from Haddo Wharf, 90 minutes to 2 hours by private ferry, at roughly Rs 1,200 to Rs 2,500 per adult one way depending on vessel, class and season. Ferries are booked separately from the flight and separately from hotels, and operators advise reserving 5 to 7 days ahead in normal months, 10 to 14 days from March to May and 15 to 20 days over Christmas and New Year.

Six days gives you Port Blair plus Havelock properly. Eight is what Neil Island or Baratang needs, since every island hop is a ferry with its own timetable.

What is the realistic routing from Mumbai if the direct is not flying?
