The portfolio ranges from two-bedroom garden villas to Bastora House, a seven-bedroom property built around a century-old heritage wing with a newer wing attached, and Glasshouse on the Bay, a three-bedroom villa built to the water's edge on Chapora creek with its own infinity pool. None of these are beachfront, but Vagator, Anjuna and Morjim are all a 10-20 minute drive away. The appeal is privacy and a full kitchen rather than hotel infrastructure — guests cook, host and set their own schedule, with staff on hand rather than on show.
