There's no la carte menu – meals are set, taken together at the main house, and the whole property is booked as an intimate retreat rather than a check-in-check-out hotel, so it suits guests who want to be looked after rather than left to a concierge. Rooms range from garden suites with alfresco bathtubs to a cantilevered loft villa with its own copper plunge pool.
