This is the resort end of Port Blair proper – 85 rooms out toward Chidiya Tapu, the biological park and sunset-viewing point at the southern tip of South Andaman, a 30-40 minute drive from the airport rather than a resort you reach by ferry. The signature feature is an infinity pool set off the cliff edge, and the resort markets itself as having the only nightclub in the area, which tells you it leans into being a self-contained destination rather than a base for island-hopping. Five villa-style categories run from Casa Tropicana up to the elevated Sky Villa. Because it's mainland-adjacent rather than on Havelock or Neil, this suits travellers who want a luxury stay bookended around Port Blair's Cellular Jail and museums without taking the ferry at all, or who want one Port Blair night either side of the islands; it's not a beach-swim resort in the Havelock sense.
