The Source sits inside Sula Vineyards' own estate in Govardhan village, twenty minutes from Nashik city and about four hours' drive from Mumbai — closer to five if you leave on a Friday evening. Rooms look out over vine rows that shift from green canopy to bare stakes depending on the month; harvest runs January to March, when the estate is busiest with crush activity, and the tank-to-bottle tours are worth timing a visit around. Tree House rooms, built in acacia wood on stilts, put guests directly among the vines; Vineyard and Hermitage suites trade the treehouse novelty for more space and balcony views toward the Sahyadri foothills and Gangapur backwaters. A wine-tasting session is included with most bookings, and the estate's own restaurant serves food built to pair with Sula's range. This suits couples and small groups on a weekend out of Mumbai or Pune more than families — there is little for children to do beyond the pool.

Tree House Vineyard View

Same stilted structure as the garden-view room, angled instead over rows of vines, best during the December-February pruning season.

Vineyard Suite

The largest category at roughly 1,000 square feet, with a private balcony built for watching sunset over the vines.

Hermitage Suite

Premium suite around 1,150 square feet with vineyard-facing windows and extra living space, suited to longer stays.
